Hi,

Thanks for help.   I am trying to find good resources for wiring (both
110v and 12/24 v) and plumbing regulations for Coast Guard approval
and or SAMS/NAMS guidance.

Thanks,
Marshall

Take a look at:  http://www.boatdesign.net/wiki/Electrical_systems
which is incomplete,  but has pointers to the documents you may need:

# 3 Published Standards for Shipboard Wiring

   * 3.1 United States Coast Guard
   * 3.2 American Boat and Yacht Council
   * 3.3 Transport Canada
