Hi all - I just wanted to let this group know that WikiCruising, a community-created cruising guide to all the world's best destinations is now open and ready for people to start adding articles and content. Wikicruising is a project to create a free, complete, up-to-date and reliable destination guide for cruising sailors and powerboaters. We believe that a community-authored website can provide the most accurate, up-to-date, reliable and accessible information for current and aspiring cruisers. I'm still working on templates and other basic infrastructure, but the MediaWiki software is very flexible - just go in, start creating pages, and we can organize it later!
