On the evening of 1 July 2008 a male Caucasian was arrested in a
public toilet faculty by Detective James Washington Carver, of the
Dade County Sheriff's Department, for offering to perform a lewd act
in return for a payment of money.

The individual who was without identification stated that he was a Mr.
Wilbur Hubbard a well known Internet personage.

Mr. Hubbard was brought before Justice of the Peace W.G. Torrance and
being adjudged guilt of soliciting a lewd act, as charged, was
released from custody upon payment of a 500 dollar fine.

A fool who knows his foolishness is wise
at least to that extent, but a fool who
thinks himself wise is a fool indeed.
