I recently met a lawyer and former judge from the Plaintiff's home state whom I directed to the case on the Citizen Media Law site. Apparently he and the others in his firm (which is largish and active in the Plaintiff's home state) are now following this clusterfsck with interest, so whoever's been keeping it updated may want to continue doing so.
