The Earth is doing some housecleaning.31 Dec 2004 19:15 GMT4
AIDS, earthquakes, tsunamis, bird flu, mad cow disease automobile wrecks, mass
murderers, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, volcanic eruptions, and liberal Democrat
suicides and mass insanity are all natural forces at work in the world to reduce an
unsustainable population ...
Sea Chase31 Dec 2004 19:08 GMT42
Was on TV last night.
It's one of John Waynes best flicks ever, even if he plays a German
Merchant Marine Master.
As the Capt. of his ship he signed his logs with the title of "Master"
Commercial - re the laptop battery thread.31 Dec 2004 16:28 GMT83
As some of you know, I've had a page up for a while detailing how to open up

battery. It is something I have done for people from time to time in
exchange for a few squids....

Head discharge by foreign vessels in ICW?31 Dec 2004 02:59 GMT6
What is the current state of enforcement in the ICW of foreign vessels
making passage? I have an older sailboat and don;t want to go through the
expense of fitting a holding tank for a transit to the Caribbean via the ICW
from Canada if enforcement is weak.

Talk about having no lateral stability. Look at the keel and note how it is only
about two or three feet in width. It must track like a squirrelly race boat.
Then notice the inefficient end plates that fail to ...
Why Mooron is wrong31 Dec 2004 00:13 GMT6
God created the earth only 3500 years ago. All the isostatic rebounds had to
occur over this time period, not over tens of thousands of years as the
"creationalist-geologists" would have you believe. {Geologists do the work
of Satan, they study lava, volcanoes, the underworld and ...

Have a very happy new year, stay out of trouble and be kind to each
other.
I don't understand all this amateur telescope business.30 Dec 2004 15:03 GMT42
What's the fascination with puny amateur telescopes when
you can go on the web and see pictures from the Hubble?
Why sail a Mac26X when you can sail a Swan?
