For years I was with the same marina slip and paid by the foot for the length of my boat. Now I'm at a new marina and they want me to pay by the foot for the length of the slip. Which one is the more common charge? Is it the same all over the country? Thanks,

I am told by a lawyer, that it is still illegal to fly the skull and crossbones flag in any yacht or ship. If you see one flying, even on a Mirror dinghy, you are entitled to seize the vessel on behalf of Her Majesty's Government and possibly claim salvage.

My 'hotlink' to Sail TV seems to have a glitch - I now download a homepage for Narrowstep and cannot get a feed. Has anyone else got the same problem? Has Sail TV packed up transmitting?
