Ya know....it's funny how some sockpuppets here feel there's something
wrong with parents who've found a way to stay home full time for their
child. I work from home (four hours a day) and Suzanne works just
three nights. Thomas has a great time all the time and so do we.
Scotty Loves His Boat31 Aug 2007 18:26 GMT1
Or he likes it. He's fond of saying it and does so quite a bit.
So what's the problem with that? Well, while everyone talks about
being too materialistic, folks like Scotty, Sloco and Jeff are more
interested in plugging their boats like rising porn stars than

C&C vs. Siedelmann31 Aug 2007 17:20 GMT14
Scotty Potty has indicated that cost was not a factor in choosing his
current Siedelmann 30 over a C&C 30. He PREFERED the Siedelmann and
now says he LIED when he said he couldn't afford the C&C boats.
I'm very familiar with the C&C line and have been aboard many of the

You have a pair of triple blocks.
One of these has a becket and a cam cleat.
The other is a plain triple block.

Witnesses please?31 Aug 2007 08:44 GMT154
Last week, July 18th, at around 2pm my nephew and a girlfriend lost their
lives in the sea off Isle of Wight.  Their boat was a Humber rib.  They wore
no life jackets but the boat, once they were out of it, was still making way
and was eventually found about a half mile away ...

Doug Remains an Idiot31 Aug 2007 00:53 GMT5
Even after I expose Doug again about IOR influence on the 35s5 hull,
he's still got enough chip on his shoulder to bring it up again.
For those who think Doug should be trusted as a reliable source,

Thomas is now 3....30 Aug 2007 21:15 GMT33
Yup, even Thomas has a nicer car that poor Sloco or Scotty Potty!

Honestly, it cost more than Scotty's boat!

to recommend. I have a Garmin 126/128 Marine Navigator fitted to the yacht.

Exclusion zone around QM230 Aug 2007 20:42 GMT13
2 or 3 weeks ago I motored up the Itchen from Hythe to buy some
diesel. On returning down river and wishing to go up to Marchwood I
turned right at Southampton dock head. There was a ferry leaving the
Town Quay so I kept right pass close to the QM2. Whereupon I was

Just returned from a spectacular sailing trip to Spitsbergen. Great
photo-conditions, with both snowfall, midnight's sun and high pressure!
A small selection of the results is on my website at
