If you can remember "Doug Clark and the Hot Nuts" then you certainly

Funding a marina purchase30 May 2007 06:17 GMT4
I'm a computer systems architect and have several rental properties on
the side. I'm looking for a life change at the moment. So an
opportunity popped up to purchase a small marina. I'm in the process
of doing the leg work such as talking to the owner, neighbors, other

Some of you may recall that I posted back at the beginning of March
that I was having an engine alarm problem with my 6.2L MPI Bravo 3.
After warming up, the alarm would sound at anything over 3,000 RPMs
and the rev limiter would kick in to slow down the engine.  All panel
