I meant no harm or disrespect to you or your family. I'm sorry if you took
it that way.

Fishing report for today...31 Aug 2007 22:28 GMT11
Along with the lobster traps and losing $8 worth of lures,
justwaitafreakinminute managed to snag a nice one.
Unfortunately, it broke off.
Here's some pictures of Scot working "the big one"...
Double standard??31 Aug 2007 17:53 GMT47
All this discussion of the left wing fairytales, and nothing about
Harold Ford being actually convicted of selling out his state for
$50.000. Again, even the "moderate" dems don't seem to care when it is
one of them. Again, Craig gets blasted based on someones fantasy,
Boaters World Online Reconsidered31 Aug 2007 16:06 GMT4
Previously, I stated that BW online was a good company to deal with
and my previous experiences with them supported that notion.
They have, however, apparently outsourced to a
Indian/Pakistani/Whatever boiler room and the good service I
Mercury 9.8 HP 110 outboard31 Aug 2007 15:07 GMT3
Does anyone have a PDF copy of a service manual for a 9.8 HP Mercury
110 motor?
I have one that needs some minor repairs and a bit of tuning.
How can I find out what year this unit is?

ping Capt Tom..boat broker31 Aug 2007 08:16 GMT23
Not sure if you got my phone message this morning....
Went to regional head office for my bank downtown and they don't keep a
large amount of  furrin' currency on hand...so I had to order a wad of
$100.00 'merican bills.
Please do not feed the Geese31 Aug 2007 00:49 GMT30
My 81 yr old mother heard that people have started to use Geese as Watch
Geese.  Since she lives on a large farm next to a lake, she thought it
might be a good idea for protection and would be much easier than a dog.
(Why do I feel like I am dealing with a child.)
"New" boat30 Aug 2007 23:15 GMT25
Picked up my new (to me) boat yesterday and am really tickled with it.
I found a vintage, 1971,  original design (13') Boston Whaler that has been
restored and looks (almost) new.   Improvements during the restoration
included new, single cable Teleflex steering, stainless helm, ...
First family boat ideas30 Aug 2007 21:41 GMT14
I'm thinking about getting a boat to use with the family. I live near
Folsom lake in California and am likely the only person in town
without a boat. I think I'd like to start small by buying something
under $5K that I could sell next year or so if the family decides that
Handy shortcut.....30 Aug 2007 18:55 GMT2
It appears that off topic posting is accelerating, again.
Here's a tip..... if you use Agent as a newsreader, merely position
the cursor anywhere on the offending thread and hit an "I".
This "I"gnore feature allows you the luxury of not having to even see
Attaching rod holders to an Igloo...30 Aug 2007 14:51 GMT76
Any suggestions for a glue that would permanently attach a starboard
rodholder to an Igloo cooler? Waterproof, of course. I don't want to
drill holes in the cooler.
Suggestions from those who have some knowledge of this sort of

What did YOU do today?30 Aug 2007 12:16 GMT12
Our resident narcissist generously shared these 23 posts of wisdom.  It
looks like he didn't have time to do much more than that other than a
quick name change after lunch.  He may be retired and collecting from
