| Jeff Healey has died | 08 Mar 2008 15:45 GMT | 50 |
No one has mentioned this yet here, but he has died of cancer. He was a great blind guitar player with a unique style. He laid his guitar on his lap and fretted it with his left hand kind of like playing a piano.

A huge nasty Nor'easter winter storm grounded my son's flight from St. Louis to Cleveland. We have not seen him since January 4th. The bad news is that we are expected to go into blizzard conditions late tonight and the storm is expected to last through Saturday.

Hey, Gene, I'm making a lift, sort of a dumbwaiter if you will. My bar, screen room, patio, deck and pool are in the back of my house, which is a daylight basement. Above is a deck coming off of my kitchen one floor up. So, I'm thinking of using #25 carbon steel roller chain.

Hey Krausie, I have a friend who is a boat dealer. I showed him your previous post, and he is wondering how in the world you did it? From a previous post by Harry Krause about his activities as he took over his father's boat dealership:

| What is the worst wax/polymer you have ever used for your boat? | 07 Mar 2008 18:29 GMT | 6 |
Rec.boats has had lots of discussion on the best boat wax/polymer, but I don't believe I have ever read one of the WORST product. About 8 years ago, I "experimented" with Starbrite Premium Marine Polish with Teflon. After 30 days, the boat was showing black streaks from air

OK, a local guy has a "boat" a pretty good sized cuddy, and his outdrive is locked up. Well, He found out that it's got an OMC outdrive. He doesn't know which. Did OMC still use "Stringers" in 1988? or were they the "Cobra"
