Mail-order outboards?31 Aug 2008 20:48 GMT2
I'm looking to get a new small 4 stroke in the 20-25HP range. Local
selection of this size of outboard is pretty limited - most dealers
don't even stock this size. And of course the pricing is therefore
quite high.

Fishing with Sarah or "The Dems are toast"30 Aug 2008 15:29 GMT2
Slate had a really stupid article today saying that Sarah Palin smells
like Salmon all summer, presumably cuz she fishes for salmon.  Of
course that is likely to appeal to us redneck gun totin religion
approvin bitter small town types.

John Edwards was banned from making a speech at the Democratic National
Convention for having an affair and lying about it.
And that, in his place, Bill Clinton was given the podium.
Interesting piece in NY Times30 Aug 2008 14:53 GMT2
I guess the NYT is trying to stop losing money hand over fist. They
actually printed something that seems pretty 'fair and balanced' about the
Palin choice.
