I've tried for hours to find the correct cylinder compression for my Mercruiser 3.0L -88, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I saw similar engines rated at 130 PSI from the factory, but if anyone could give me an authoritative answer on this particular engine, I would be

...several blogs are reporting possible federal indictments against Palin. If the indictments are handed down, they would be in connection with embezzlement related to the building of Palin's house with materials identical to those used in the new Wasilla sports complex.

This place used to be close to me, now they've moved on the other side of town. Very cool place, very knowledgable people, they'll deal, and it's just a cool a.s place! What do you think of some of their used guitar prices? I've always found them to be right in line.

I was never a big fan, though I do acknowledge his importance to pop music and pop culture, but enough already. You'd think we were burying a pope, mother teresa, jonas salk, or sarah palin. You know...major contributors.

| Lightning strike probability | 07 Jul 2009 04:59 GMT | 9 |
I once did a calculation of lightning strike probability for a lone sailboat and unfortunately I lost it and am too lazy to repeat it. It was based on the number of lightning strikes per surface area per year in a given area times the cone of protection area produced by a mast

| I hate sheet metal work | 07 Jul 2009 04:46 GMT | 18 |
Trying to put the sheet metal roof on my camper. It has to be cut to size with tin snips giving edges that could take your arm off. The sabre saw does an even worse job. It'll be ok in the end but I hate this stuff.

I sold off nearly $3,000,000 in new motors and boats, depressing the new boat industry in southern Connecticut for an entire season. Everything was sold...every cotter pin, every quart of oil, 30 days after I started. For near full-retail, too.
