This inquiry has been cross-posted to rec.boats.cruising;
rec.boats.building; and rec.boats.electronics since it seems to cover
all three areas and I am hoping to tap the widest range of experts.
If you have responded to one thread, no need to respond in the other

Quick question that I haven't been able to see an answer for in the Awlgrip
tech lit.
Once you've mixed a batch of 545 primer, or Awlgrip topcoat, how long is it

1972 Johnson 20 HP - Can't Find A Prop06 Sep 2003 13:18 GMT2
I have ordered a new prop (Michigan Propeller) from Overtons as per
their listing in the catalog. When I got it, I found that the mounting
configuration was different from what I have. The present prop mounts
onto a splined shaft. The new prop does not have any splines at all,
Pin holes in Gel coat06 Sep 2003 05:45 GMT1
I'm doing some fiberglass layups and am having problems with the gel coat.
I am spraying it with a regular (cheap) spray gun which has had its material
nozzle drilled out and the pin filed down.  This was to allow the thicker
gel coat to flow through.  Its still slow but usable.

Steel hull - electrical ground04 Sep 2003 22:53 GMT1

My main worry before everything else is to plan for electrical grounding and

Sawhorse recommendations04 Sep 2003 15:12 GMT1
I'm looking for recommendations for supports, like sawhorses, to support

Any web sites that could give me a clue?

Divinicell H-200 craps?03 Sep 2003 11:35 GMT2
I am looking for about 4-5 sq ft of Divinicell H-200 scraps.  Any
thickness any size.  I have plenty of H-80 but for a couple of small
areas I need H-200.  I just can't see ordering a whole sheet and paying
for shipping just to get a few small pieces.
