First the disclaimer: I do sell building materials on my site but it's
through another vendor so the material sales/revenue aren't mine.
That being said, where does everyone buy their epoxy and fiberglass?
What's the reason you buy there? Price? Brand? Service?

I removed the vinyl head liner in my Laguna 24.  What is a good way to clean
the unfinished fiberglass in the boats interior in order to remove all the
mold and dirt prior to replacing the head liner?

I was told that aluminum hulls will deteriorate due to the
interaction between the hull and the water, caused by
electrical activity. That some of the electricity used by
the boat will get to the hull, and then react with the water

My old inflateble has become porous. It's made of the neoprene, not hypalon.
Have heard about some liquid that impregnates the rubber from the inside.
One is supposed to sip it into the chambers. Please if anyone knows where to
find it (web address). Any experience?

I'm working on Bolger sailing pirogue (the CSD version) and am trying to
figure out how I will handle the steering.  The design shows lines coming
from each side of the head of the rudder forward to the cockpit (about 2 1/2
ft) but nothing else.  I've seen this boat with a push-pull ...

My friend has a 1979 34' Silverton that he wants to replace the carpet
in. All the walls are carpeted and a lot of the ceiling as well. We
are thinking contact adhesive. Let it tack up and stick it to the
ceiling and hopefully it stays. We would be thankful for any ideas.
