I need to replace the rub rails in a 15' Lyman.  I've shaped the bevel
on the rear sections which have no curvature and cut a scarf on the
end.  I now need a 12' section of curved rail to mate to this scarf.  I
really would like to shape them first but am at a loss on how to do

Hey, here are the picutres from the Race.  
It's hard to see in the "finished" picture, but there is a 2" triangle
bar across where the plastic stops, and two more that go along the top
of both sides, almost the entire length.

I got myself singed up for a cardboard boat race this saturday.  We
are given two sheets of 5x8 card board, duct tape and plastic
sheeting.  I was thinking of building a canoe style, but was worried
about the boat folding in half.  I know plywood has alot more
