What I'm looking for is information on building a modern-style

style.  There was a good example of what I'm speaking of at-

How to go about attaching two winches to the top of cabin.  These winches

The remainder of the boat was "homemade, finished by whomever".

Why water-cooled?15 Jan 2006 16:38 GMT14
Why are smaller outboard motors water-cooled?
I am thinking 5 - 9 HP engines.
I understand why inboard, inboard/outboard, and larger outboards are
water-cooled; but why are smaller outboard engines water-cooled as well?
