My Nacra 5.8 is letting in a small amount of water, and it appears to be

 Does anyone have  experience building engine beds/ mounts?   I'm
building a Hess 30 ft. cutter in wood.  Hess called for a 18 hp Sabb [
aprox 400 lb]  I plan on useing a Sabb 22 hp [860 lb]    Hess showes

very nice tiller for steering.  Then, I saw another boat which was the same
model that had a wheel, pedestal for steering.
How much do the pedestal, wheel, thingys cost?  Just curious.

I just read about someone increasing their CQR anchor heft by adding
lead. Has anyone knowledge of how this can be properly done ?
