building a pair of oars16 Sep 2006 02:21 GMT4

flattening 2 part polyurethane paint14 Sep 2006 18:55 GMT3
I'm going to be painting the cockpit sole and cabintop of my new
catamaran cabin for the first time.  For the glossy areas (sides of
the cabin) I'm going to use Devoe's 2 part polyurethane.  I know it's
not as shiny as Awlgrip but that's o.k. with me.

starting at one end and then spray one lap the complete length of the
Adjust the stuffing box?13 Sep 2006 16:00 GMT2
Ahoy, the boat is out of the water. With a dripping paint roller in
one hand I noticed the two nuts that fix the stern casting (if you'll
all open your text to pg. 179 of Royce's Sailing Illustrated) were so
corroded as to not be there.
Two props on one shaft?13 Sep 2006 14:07 GMT5
--Wondering about this arrangement and am thinking of taking a whack
