Have a 21', center console, fiberglass sport fisher, made in 1972. Another post mentioned a chemical way of removing foam, and others mention cutting out the old foam. Cutting doesn't seem practical, the entire deck would have to have access holes cut all over. Anyone know

could any could suggest any good glues to put up heading batons' up in boat. iv heard sikoflex 292 is good is there any one could confirm this please or suggest something else.how many screws are needed per foot and is 5mm ply ok or must it be marine ply or could I go thinner

I am determined to have smooth lines on the small Whaler clone I am thinking of building. If I were to carve the shape of the outside hull into foam, and then laminate an outside skin in it with resin and glass, what kind of layup would I use, how many layers, what material?
