Few years back, a surf ski developed cosmetic delams in the gel

Hi all, I hope someone in this group can help me as I know nothing
about boats.
I have a 14 foot aluminum Misty River fishing boat with a 25 HP 2

OT. I'm reactivating a 1997 Evinrude 9.9 hp outboard and I've
misplaced the owner manual, and I don't remember the proper oil mix
ratio. Is it 50 to 1, or 100 to 1? Thanks.
