I recently bought a used Volvo TAMD 31 engine for my 24' fishing boat.
This motor went through a major refurbishing job - the 4 pistons and
its cilinder vests (sp?) were replaced for new ones, new valves were
installed plus all new wiring, filters, etc were put in place, and the

Could anyone give advice and approximate costs of transporting a 40 foot yacht
from Florida to California. It is presently in Trinidad on the hard. I am trying
to avoid single handing it from their to the Panama Canal.

I have volvo penta md6b inboard diesel. When I would start it up it
would run right up to 2200 rpm's when in neutral. But when put in gear
it would only go up to 500 rpm's and take about 15-20 minutes before it
would go up to 1500 rpm's.Max rpm's shoould be about 2400.  Then one

I have a rebuilt Yanmar water pump that I believed was for a 2GM20 /
3GM30 it has a metal impeller.

Looking at the stats on... for example the Simrad Tiller Pilots 10,20,30...

Hi, I have a YAMAHA ME200F inboard diesel and am having trouble
locating the anodes.  I think I have found one in the heat exchanger
(some residual zinc on a plug).  I cannot get a replacement to fit so I
have tried epoxy gluing a pencil anode.
