Went up to the boat today30 Mar 2007 23:48 GMT92
Intending to start my spring work, I went up to Marinette WI were I keep

marks on my white hull paint from a welded fabricated stainless steel
fitting that is bolted on with stainless bolts?
Equity29 Mar 2007 19:04 GMT19
I wouldn't want anyone thinking of buying a boat to read some of the posts
about the FP saga and get the idea that there actually is any such thing as
equity in a used boat. Maybe in the very narrow sense of being the amount of
principle paid down on a purchase loan but not in ...

Steering gear chains29 Mar 2007 07:16 GMT8
Has anyone ever heard of Edson pedestal steering gear chains breaking?  I
ordered new steering cables from them a couple days ago and they talked me
into a new chain which they say should be replaced every 5 years.  He made a
good case, crevice corrosion, etc., so I went along.   ...
