After your wise counsel Roger, we hit the rounds with Customs in Washington, and the USCG Vessel document center in W.V. and MARAD again. Since RedCloud is trading with other countrys she had to be on the Registry, and since she is not going from port to port in the USA

Maybe I missed it, but I am surprised at the lack of comment here on the sinking of the cruise ship M.V. Explorer. Are there any pictures of her actually going under? All I have seen was the one where she is completrely on her side and obviously not long for the surface.
