I have tried very hard to calibrate my wheelpilot, simrad wp30. Sailing in circles until I'm dizzy - but no go. I have read the manual again and again - I can't see what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

I noticed in the Raymarine announcement for version 6.0, that you can now plug your PC directly into the 8-port hub (why not the 2 port hub or direct to the E series ??), and do away with hsb2 and/or NMEA connections.

How concerned do I need to be about an Air Horn (Buell, 17/23") near a SSB antenna? The location I am going to put the whip in has an air horn perhaps 1' forward. Should I relocate the horn to the other side?

Are the circuit boards inside the loran antenna couplers considered active? Since they have dc voltage running to them up the center conductor of the coax from the set, it seems it would cause them to be considered an active (vice passive) board.

What are my choices on getting engine monitoring data into my Raymarine E-80 display from a pair of 6.0 Crusader engines? The E-80 can monitor oil pressure, rpm, fuel flow, fuel tank levels, alternator and coolant temp. I can use either their SeaTalk or NMEA formatted data.
