I have just got the program Sea Clear II. I am very new to this subject. I am an old school navy guy. All I have ever used is a hand bearing compass and charts. I ahve downloaded NOAA charts and can download them to the Sea Clear Program.

Can anyone think of any problem with adding another diode bank to my 90hp Merc 2cycle so that it could charge another different battery? I assume that the diodes are nothing more than a bridge rectifier setup so adding another set of diodes would just provide another

Any thoughts on why a Uniden QT206 digital depth display fogs up to the point of being unreadable? Has anyone else experienced this? When the weather is warm and the cabin is open (twice this season, so far, here in the Puget Sound area), the unit has cleared up and works

My Minn Cota outboard electric motor's electronic box "kaput". Do anybody knows, is it possible connect 12 V directly to the motor for it will work on full speed, or electronic circuit is more complex than simply regulate the voltage and motor will not work without this box?
