where to install footbraces?27 Jun 2004 13:28 GMT2
I just bought a used Old Town Egret recreational touring kayak.  I also
acquired a set of Yakima footbraces, also used.  Anybody have any hints on
where in the boat to install them, or should I just go with the old "that
looks about right" rule?

Why are Pyranha Inazones sometimes separated into two groups:  The

and 240?  Are they all just different sizes of exactly the same boat?
Also, what specifically is the difference between the whitewater spec
[Q] Submersible binoculars25 Jun 2004 01:00 GMT14
Anyone have any recommendations on submersible binoculars?
(Just because a product claims to be waterproof does not necessarily
imply it is also submersible and therefore more appropriate for
kayaking.)
